Norma Bedell, MA, LPC, Eagala MH/es, wpcc, Fie Mediator

Founder

Hi! Thanks for dropping in! We all have a story that includes the pains of this life. Whether you’re under or over 13, facing the fears and struggles of growing, discovering your identity, or adjusting to changes within family, I invite you into an accepting space where you can feel safe to share your stories, talk through what’s hard, and discover new hope and purpose along the way. For those of you realizing that adulting has its own struggles filled with  anxiety, depression, and grief, it would be a privilege to collaborate with you and  discover ways to navigate them.

My passion to walk with you was born out of over 20 years of teaching, training, and serving children, youth, and parents in education and ministry. I went back to school (Liberty University, 2019) with a desire to help children, youth and  adults thrive across the family unit. It is an honor to support you as you navigate life's challenges towards fearless hope, fearless grace, & fearless transformation.

In this latter chapter of life, I am navigating being a wife, mom, mother-in-law, grandmother of six..., sister, and aunt. My downtime includes playing drums and guitar, caring for our pets (horses, dogs, & a cat) adventures with my hubby, and memory-making moments with my children, grandchildren, and extended family. My story, like many others, includes heights of joy, depths of sorrow, and calm moments in between—experiencing God’s love and comfort through them all.

AShley Johnson, LpC-A

Hi, I’m Ashley Johnson, a licensed mental health clinician who works exclusively with individual adults. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which means I believe the most healing happens in a space where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and understood—without judgment or pressure to “fix” yourself.

I don’t rely on structured interventions or quick solutions. Instead, I focus on building a real, honest connection; helping you explore your thoughts and emotions at your pace. I may gently challenge you when I gain insight on your unique experiences to encourage your growth. My goal is to walk alongside you as you gain insight, clarity, and self-confidence.

As a newly Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I’m continually learning and growing. I’m excited to keep expanding my skills and techniques while staying true to a compassionate, person-centered foundation. Whether you’re facing life changes, emotional pain, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to offer support and curiosity—not perfection or judgment—as we work together toward growth and healing.

AShley Heath, lPC-A

Hi, I’m Ashley Heath, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about walking alongside women and children as they heal from trauma and abuse. I believe that every person has an incredible capacity for growth and resilience, especially when given a safe and supportive space to process their experiences.

My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, which means I honor your story, your pace, and your strengths. Together, we’ll work to understand how the past has shaped your present while building tools that help you move toward healing and peace. I draw from an eclectic mix of interventions—including mindfulness, CBT, play therapy, and expressive techniques—so that our work feels as unique and adaptable as you are.

I know how hard it can be to take the first step toward counseling, and I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and empowered to reclaim your voice and your sense of self.

My own journey has shown me how powerful healing can be when we feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I’ve learned that growth often comes from the most difficult experiences, and that even in our pain, there is potential for incredible strength and transformation. This belief guides the way I show up for my clients—with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s process.

Outside the counseling room, I value rest, connection, and creativity—the same things I encourage in my clients. Whether I’m spending time outdoors, enjoying family time, or finding new ways to express myself, I try to practice the same balance and self-compassion that I hope to help others cultivate in their own lives.
